The Gdańsk Tech Forms application is available at https://forms.pg.edu.pl/. The service allows you to create forms to collect responses from users. You can easily create a form in which users can, incl. answer the open-ended questions (short or long answer possible), choose one (or several) of the possible options, mark the right answer, or write an opinion. The participant who completes the form may receive a confirmation e-mail. Data from completed forms are collected in the application database, to which only authorized persons have access. The application allows you to create a unique address for a given form, this link can be sent by e-mail or made available on the website.
Gdansk Tech Forms will produce the equivalent of Google Forms.
To whom?
The form can be completed by all persons who have a link to it.
Authorized employees of Gdańsk Tech have the right to create, edit and verify responses.
How to get access?
Gdańsk Tech employees have access to the Forms application after logging in at https://forms.pg.edu.pl/.
In order to gain access to the Gdansk Tech Forms application, the head of a given organizational unit should send to IT Services Center an application for granting appropriate authorizations to the indicated employees.
The connection is available without restrictions from the level of the public Internet (no polytechnic network is required).
